Personal Care

We aim to provide a high quality care and support service to you, within your own home. Our care is designed to meet any physical and emotional needs resulting from age, disability or mental health conditions.

Your care will meet your individual needs and support your rights, choices, independence and quality of life. We will deliver the services you want, in the way you want them, to ensure you can live as independently as possible.

Before providing any care we will carry out a thorough assessment of your needs. We will check and review regularly to make sure that your care continues to meet your needs, wishes and aspirations.

We can help you with:

• Dressing and undressing

• Bathing, hair care, shaving and oral hygiene

• Continence care

• Your medication

Support with everyday Living

You may find that you need a little help with some of the practical things in life. Our domestic support service can help you in a number of ways:

• Housework and general cleaning

• Laundry/ironing

• Shopping (online or in-store with you)

• Accompanying you to appointments
