Providing You with Health Care at Home
At Care Reserve, we value and respect our staff. We like to encourage our staff to develop themselves and push themselves to progress within the company. All carers will be expected to undergo an enhanced disclosure and barring check, provide three references and undergo full training prior to commencement of employment. Staff will also be expected to work towards an NVQ3 once their induction period is complete. Our staff are our greatest asset and are managed by a supportive, motivated management team.
Domiciliary Care
We provide domiciliary care services that prioritise your well-being and comfort. Our compassionate carers are here to offer a helping hand in various aspects of daily life such as:
• Personal Hygiene: assisting with bathing, and showering.
• Toileting Support: including specialised care such as catheter and stoma care.
• Mobility Assistance: our carers can support you with getting in and out of bed, and with moving around your home.
• Dressing and Undressing: we ensure you’re dressed comfortably, maintaining your sense of style.
• Household Tasks: from laundry and washing up to basic cleaning, we take care of daily chores, creating a tidy and pleasant environment.
• Nutritious Meals: assisting with meal preparation and feeding to promote a balanced and healthy diet.
• Medication Management: ensuring your medication regimen is on track is our priority.
• Emotional Support: we’re here to support you to rebuild your confidence and self-esteem, offering a listening ear and companionship.
• Social Engagement: we can support you in accessing leisure activities, spending time with friends and family, and establishing new meaningful relationships.

Reablement
At Care Reserve Ltd, our approach to care is centered around the individual. We believe in promoting and maximising independence, allowing people to continue living in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. Our reablement services are specifically designed to help individuals regain their confidence, abilities, and necessary skills after experiencing a health or social care crisis.
Reablement with Care Reserve Ltd is all about empowering individuals to do things for themselves, rather than relying on others. We understand that transitioning back to everyday life after a hospital stay can be challenging. That's why we offer the extra support needed to prevent readmission or the need for long-term care.
Our dedicated team of Care Reserve colleagues work alongside individuals in their homes, providing support and guidance to help them regain their key skills, confidence, and freedom. From assisting with meal preparation and managing personal health and hygiene to ensuring safe mobility and helping with daily activities, we are committed to assisting individuals every step of the way.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We work closely with other health and care professionals, including GP's, physiotherapists, and community nurses, to create personalised care plans for each individual we support. This comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of an individual's well-being are addressed.
The duration of our reablement services can vary, lasting up to six weeks depending on the individual's progress towards independent living. Referrals to our services are typically made through hospitals, health professionals, or County Council/ local authorities.
